We all want to look younger than we really are. Both our genes and our care contribute to this. In addition to the beauty routines you follow daily there are some other habits that you could adopt in order to stay young. Follow the steps below and your skin will thank you.

  • Avoid sunbathing and solarium. In recent years the sun has become quite harmful to our skin. By exposing yourself to the sun, you destroy the collagen of the skin and allow photoaging.
  • Find ways to reduce or eliminate stress from your life. Its effects are visible on your skin.

  • Limit sugar to keep your skin supple and firm.

  • Reduce salt from your diet. Salt causes water retention, especially in the eye area.
  • Take supplements or look for foods with vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin D. They protect the skin from ultraviolet radiation.
