Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a condition that affects many people. Occurs when the acidic contents of the stomach reflux into the esophagus. - Choose to eat small and frequent meals.

- Quit smoking.
- Do not lie down immediately after your meal.
- Avoid fried foods, garlic, onions, fruit juices, chocolate, fats, syrups, spices and mint.
