Extra energy in the morning

Many people find it difficult to wake up in the morning, so they can no longer meet their obligations. To avoid such situations give a boost of energy to your body by doing three simple things as soon as you get out of bed! Most of us believe that coffee is the only thing that can help. Think again! During sleep our body remains motionless and dehydrated for a long time. Try the following tips : 

  • Do simple stretches before you start preparing for the day and give your body a few seconds to adjust. Stand on your toes with your arms open and try to grab the ceiling. The movements should be gentle.
  • Drink a glass of water before eating your breakfast. The water will hydrate you and wake you up quickly. If you are not a water lover, you can flavor your water with various fruits, herbs and vegetables!
  • Take a quick shower! Contact with water will completely rejuvenate you! Use shower gel with your favorite scents to activate the mind as well!
